OUR PROCESS

So how do we ensure that every project we work on ends up being a success? Simple. We follow carefully developed, goal driven approaches in everything we do.

To explain our creative process deeper would be like trying to figure out why McDonalds offers you ketchup at the first drive up window when you pay instead of asking you at the second window where you pick up your food, where it would be much better to just add it to your bag.

THE GENERAL IDEA

BRIEF

Our first step is to obtain a brief from you. This includes initial discussions to establish what you are hoping to achieve.


INITIAL PROPOSAL

From this brief we will produce an initial proposal which will include:
• Background
• Your requirements
• Our proposed solutions(s)
• Estimated costs & time


DEVELOPMENT PLAN & SPECIFICATIONS

We will then enter into detailed discussions to establish your exact requirements. This process is goals based; e.g. we start by asking "What do you want to achieve with this campaign?" We work backwards from this to ensure that we only provide solutions that are purposeful and effective.

After this period of consultation we will produce a detailed development plan which will include:
• Detailed specifications
• Development schedule
• Support details
• Costs

POST PROJECT

Measure, measure, measure! That’s where we see where things worked and gather invaluable data on how to proceed with the next project.
